On the morning of June 28, 2019, the signing ceremony of the cooperation framework agreement was held in the meeting room 2206 of the Mechanical Hall of Jiuli Campus between the rail transportation operation and maintenance technology and equipment laboratory (Sichuan Provincial Key Laboratory, funded by the School of Mechanical Engineering) and Large Road Maintenance Machinery Research and Design Institute (China Railway Construction High-Tech Equipment Co., Ltd. ).
ZHANG Baoming (deputy general manager and chief engineer of China Railway Construction High-Tech Equipment Co., Ltd.), ZHANG Lijie (Deputy Dean and researcher of Frontier Technology and Engineering Method Research Institute of the Large Road Maintenance Machinery Research and Design Institute), Yu Haifei (deputy minister of human resources department), ZHOU Zhongrong (Vice president of Southwest Jiaotong University), ZHOU Nan (Vice President of the Institute of Science and Technology Development), QIAN Linmao (Director of the Laboratory and Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering), Cheng Wenming (Deputy Director), Chen Chunjun (Deputy Director), and Mo Jiliang(Deputy Director) attended the ceremony. Dean QIAN presided over the signing ceremony.
On behalf of the university, Vice President Zhou expressed a warm welcome to the guests, and expressed his great expectation for technical cooperation with China Railway Construction High-tech Equipment Co., Ltd., hoping to take this opportunity to further develop all-round cooperation.
Dean Qian first stated that the School of Mechanical Engineering would strongly support the construction of the laboratory, and hoped that the technical cooperation between the laboratory and China Railway Construction High-tech Equipment Co., Ltd. would be promoted as soon as possible to speed up the construction of the laboratory and enhance the scientific research strength of the laboratory.
Zhang Baoming said that China Railway Construction High-tech Equipment Co., Ltd. is currently at a critical stage of product innovation research and urgently needs to strengthen its basic research capabilities. It is hoped that starting from the cooperation of laboratories, the original innovation will be improved, and the cooperation in talents training and other aspects will be further expanded.
Finally, under the witness of the representatives of both parties, Deputy General Manager Zhang Baoming and Deputy Director Cheng Wenming signed a technical cooperation framework agreement, which will further promote the in-depth cooperation between the two sides in personnel training, academic exchange, product development, and achievement transformation.
